most kits come in everything but chrome!
if u must have chrome try just getting the screws from a local fasteners, and re-use
the wellnuts washers etc that u already have, try button head allen bolts like these

Just found the company I bought my spikes from. WWW.SPYDERRACING.COM. They come in several different colors.
