I fixing to buy one for winter. Question I have, whats a good brand? During the summer should i still plug it up after everyride or just when it will sit for a day or 2? It already has the o-ring connectors on it from the previous owner. And I know they work cuz my dad keeps one on his harley(he never rides it) and it always fires right up.

 

I use the Bettery Tender Plus. Around $60.
I only use it if the bike will be sitting or has not been ridden for a couple weeks. For winter and long periods of down time, remove or disconnect battery.
