Default advice about sprockets

I just noticed my rear sprocket was pretty worn and was thinking about getting vortex sprockets and a d.i.d. chain.I wanted to see if anyone has tried out the vortex sprockets and how they hold up.

make sure you replace the front one too...all sprockets and chains are " mated" parts and putting fresh parts on old parts will not be good for the longevity of the chain or the sprockets. Vortex sprockets are good, as are PBI, and Sprocket Specialist, I dont really care for the Renthal ones..they are light but do not last for ****!

That is a decent kit. I have sold lots of them and they come with a VORTEX rear sprocket

They are both good and affordable mods.

My 02 f4I is going in monday for new tire and chain and sprockets I'm going to drop one tooth on front and stay with the style chain and rear sprocket but new ones my mech. said he had a certain kit that he uses but I dont remember what it was. He didn't recomend renthal becouse they were to light for the way I ride.

I ordered a new kit for my bike from Kierman Racing Supplies, the link was posted to this thread by astraldweller. If you have forever and dont like good communication than go ahead and buy this kit. I purchased on Monday 6:00 am paid for 2 day Air Express Shipping with hopes to have by this weekend for a Poker run. It's Friday and still no parts, I e-mailed them yesterday and never received a reply.
I will not reccomend this business to anybody.

Sirlimpzalot,
Can you give me a price for the same QA kit for my 99 CBR600RR F4, I am thinking about calling my bank to block the order. PM me, thanks.
