I have a CBR 929 that finally gave up the ghost and is burning oil like a diesel. I went to APE's website and found they have a piston and sleeve kit to make it a 954, then i saw they had a kit for CBR 919/cbr 900that makes them 997cc. My question is; Are the block/jugs the same between 2000-2003 cbr 919/1996-1999 cbr 900 as my 2001 CBR 929? thanks any info would be great i am very ignorant with Honda's.

 

Ok found out that the center bores are different, now does anybody know the exterior diameter of the sleeves from a 900cc?
