My 94 900rr modded bike...
hey there everyone,
Thanks to everyone who made this possible but now i have a really good looking bike after a few months of
building up money and a whole lot of blood sweat and tears... in any event i bought this bike from a local and
paid $1250 for a '94 Honda cbr 900rr with about 60,000 miles or so... not a bad deal i think. It had already been
modified with higher cams and risers and has one hell of a kick... owner said it is happiest cruising at 160?? ha!
It was mechanically sound but the outside needed some work. It had the original 94 fairings which some were
cracked and literally falling off.. went streetfighter there for a while and then bought some used but newer fairings
(95!!) and i modified the tank to have a real nice indention in it (there was a bad bend in it before!) and i ordered some
convertibars for better comfort (still waiting on longer brake cables) take a look and tell me what you all think and if
you have any questions... Thanks

RE: My 94 900rr modded bike...
yeah the convertibars said to route them that way in order
to give more play to the cables... the bars move up and down and
adjust to whatever position i want... still need the brake cable to
get a longer one but it costs 100 bucks from the company... will wait.

RE: My 94 900rr modded bike...
the fairings did bolt right in... the major difference
will be in the front fairing which will need the bracket in order to
fit right there are some tabs that will keep the fairing up and in place
also the mirror stay may be different...
but pretty much everything else was a straight bolt on job with
zoomie (i think) bolts..

Had the front tire replaced two weeks ago and the bike shop dropped it while doing the job...
no biggie i got some fast cash and the scrapes were minor but today i had a low speed fall on
gravel on the same side... real scrapes and a busted rear brake pedal and a bruised *** and hand...
