When I saw this on ROTM, I was like why the hell did someone put a stock600rr up? Until I read this thread, I had no idea, I just figured you repainted a stock600rrafter dropping it. The marriage of parts between f-4i, 600rr and f-3 is seamless. Nice work. I'm kinda pissed that i didn't notice the f-2/f/3 swingarm, though. That would have given it away.

You said the the front and sides only took you about an hour, does that mean there was minimal fabrication for the mounts? This has kind of piqued my interest[&:]

a couple mounts worked, i made 2, and had to adapt the fairing stay to the bike. But i do have some fabrication background where some others might find it difficult as well as plenty of tools. So don't get me wrong it is relativley a cake walk but it helps when you know what you are doing and have the right stuff

Man that looks great ! ! I thought it was an F4 when I first saw it, then I read this thread. Now I'm toying with changing mine out, I like the looks of the F4. Did you do the F4 gauges on ittoo? Is that the F3 tank or the F4? I took my wifes 92 FZR and put YZF 600R front plastic and R6 tail, turned out great, there was a good bit of fabbing/relocating stuff, trimming here and there.
