RE: Mommy, mommy there is a monster in my undertail (Custom CBR 600 F3 ) !!!
Hey everyone,
As of now I am unable to push the fairing project because I injured myself at work. I had a fail at work and fractured my back.
Plus the company I worked for is acting stupid. So as of now I am like almost ready to sell just another stumbling block. So I have to take some time to rest as the doctor said. I hope in the near future. My wife and I look forward to producing this one of a kind fairing God willing offer a few custom fairing to pick from.

IF you want undertail exhaust it not as hard as many people think. email me at cjgoals@yahoo.com and I will send you a few pictures of bikes that have been modified. Okay this is what I would do. I have seen this mods done with one pipe and twin pipes. A set of twin short pipes will work or you can use a CBR 600RR pipe. It easier to use the single 600RR pipe vs. the twin pipes because with the twin pipes you might have to have a custom Y-pipe made. My first undertail pipe was a stock 600RR pipe and I went with that because it was dirt cheap from ebay. Okay remove your tail section and fender. Find a way to hang the pipes in place just for now. Look at that placement and make sure you mark that spot were you want the pipe to be placed. Or take a picture. Now the next step is mocking up the pipe. Remove your fender on the swingarm if you have one and other obstructions. I have some pictures of this type of installation.
Now remove your exhaust pipe and mid pipe. Take your bike to your local muffler or fabrication shop and get a pipe that is the same diameter. Have a pipe bent from the header up THROUGH the swingarm . Once you explain what you are doing I am sure the mechanic can help you out even more. I have a picture of this I will send you. Have the pipe go through the swingarm and up to the pipe. Once you have all your pipes in place take a exhaust clamp for the muffler and figure out how to mount it to the subframe to hold the muffler in place. Then have the exhaust system welded were it is needed and you are done. If you have any question let me know.
