HI' I'M NEW IN THIS FORUM, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU THE TRANSFORMATION OF MY 1999 CBR F4 THAT I JUST BOUGHT THREE DAYS AGO( AFTER I SOLD MY 01 KATANA 750cc) INTO A 07-08 CBR 600RR(FRONT SECTION), 01-07 RC-51 (TAIL SECTION) , I'LL BE POSTING SOME PICS DURING THE PROCESS, HERE ARE THE FIRST ONES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT DO YOU THINK OF HOW IT LOOKS, THANKS.

You're ambitious, I'll give ya that! ;-D You're going to have some issues making all that work but more power to ya. I did the split-seat conversion on my F4. It was relatively easy...apples to apples. If you're planning on using that RC51 tail though, you're going to have some major issues making a subframe work w/ it, unless you plan on adapting the RC51 subframe. I've got an RC51 also, & have looked at the subframes side by side. You'll be in for some fabrication & modification to make it adapt to the F4i frame.

Don't let me discourage you though. Soldier on!!!

if you like his job he can make modifications to almost any bike or repair fairings, headlights, etc.

im in process of making my f4 a single sitter . which bikes tails should i be chasing?
the white one here looks great. i dont know how much of it had to be customfab...?

cool.. think the angle of the tail section looks a bit low for my taste, could be the angle tho. Good to see some diff **** tho!! After roaming the streetfigher forum, I kinda wanna build a subframe with a race solo tail from somthin newer and cooler. Possibly from another brand. The R7 tail looks v e r y tasty....
