Default f4 to f4i headlight swap?????

I have been all over this forum and many others to try to find out about switching these out. Not just switching the headlight units BUT the wiring. Can anyone tell me how to WIRE an f4 to an f4i headlight? Is this just a matter of buying an f4i headlight harness and plugging it in to the f4? I need help here.

i had to do it by trial and error so i can't give precise directions. I know the wires have to be spliced togetheror you can use the plug from your F4 headlight and wire it to the F4i, Hot goes to hot and ground to ground......don't remember colors.

Anyway with the F4 wiring you can only run high Beams or low beams ( one light on ), you would need to wire in a relay to use it for high and low beams. Run through my posts and find where i was asking how to do it, someone posted a wiring diagram for me.
