After much money spent on diag and a new ECU my 95 f3 still does not run. can I really bypass my pump and relay; and if so will she still perform the way i am used to her performing?

Perhaps explaining the problem you are having, how the bike is acting, what it ran like before the problem, and a full list of what you've tried, and we might be able to help.

I was in Orange Beach a few weeks back - went in Gulf Shores Power Sports up towards Foley - looks like a pretty decent operation, and they're a Honda dealer.
