i wanted immediate satisfaction so i went to the local Cycle Gear and picked up some reflective rim tape for about $15 (with applicator-- made it real easy). Little bit more than on ebay (i think) but i got to do it right then and there instead of waiting for it shipped...

either way i would of been happy.

I started with some cheapo rim tape I bought off eBay from Hong Kong and it started falling off in like 3 months. COuldn't say who it was from. I switched to TapeWorks, and I've been incredibly happy. The reflective tape is damn near blinding, and they can color-match a lot of bikes. Check my pics to see it. You can see it in the sig, too.
