I have an 06 F4i and the seat was like a rock. Didn't want to spend $500.00 bucks on a Corbin seat which in many cases gets mixed reviews. I sleep on a Temperpedic bed which is really comfortable due to the memory foam technology used. I have never had an ache or pain on this stuff. I went out and bought a Temperpedic pillow for $50.00(this stuff not cheap) took in to an upolstery shop and had the guy replace the the stock foam where I sit not passenger, with the temper material. It is great and cost me $40.00 in labor. No more aches or pains or numb cheeks, even after a couple + hours of riding. For me, one of the best ideas I have every had as far as my riding comfort is concerned. Hope you find what you're looking for.

That sounds like a great idea. It's not too soft to the point where you sink into the seat right? It keeps its' firmness?

I cannot atest to how comfortable these corbins are, I just recieved them and havent taken my baby out of storage yet. But they do look awesome, went with the black carbon fiber leather with the silver weldt to break up the seat, and match the bike perfectly! Quite expensive tho, but on average 4,000 miles a summer you cant put a price on comfort!!

I went with a Saddleman Tech seat. It is made with the same foam used in a corbin, but they add memory foam and a gel section to the seat. Thats why I chose it over a Corbin seat. Personally I have noticed a difference from the stock. It is a little stiffer, but they are comfortable to me.
