hey, this weekend i install some hid projectors in my bike. it took me most of the day to put them in. i think it gives it a nice look. i know i wont be seeing alot of rr's with this mod or any kind of bike.

first picture is just the projector cover painted black
second pic is the projector housing installed in headlight
thrid pic is with the lens installed
forth pic is the whole headlight put back together
fifth pic is the back of the headlights showing the back of the projectors

right now i dont have the bulbs connector so i dont have headlights but i have them coming and i will post pics of it when they are on. if anyone has any questions ask. ill try to asnwer them the best i can

Looks good. I've got HIDs and been trying to get a set of R6 projectors to do a retrofit. Where did you get your projectors? How much? What kind of bulbs to they take?

i have been searching the web for a long time and found out that the r6 headlight arnt the best for retrofit. they dont produce the best light with hid. the projectors that i use where acura tsx hid projectors. i got them off ebay for around 150 and they take d2s bulbs. i think that this will be the best mod ever. i have a feeling that it will turn out real good. have the wires coming and i should have pics posted by the middle or end of the week. cant wait to start riding at night with these

niiIIICE!<borat voice over>

best mod you can do to a bike IMO. my night vision is horrible, projector with hid lighting is def on my to-do list. glad you got TSX projectors, very good choice, everyone gets them for car lighting swaps, they are a superior lamp.

looks nice, but were you considering putting anything around the projecter so you dont see the screws. basically to make it look like it was stock.

nice job anyways tho, i went easy route and just got the HID setup from mod-express.
