Default Pearl Orange paint job

Does anybody have an 08 pearl orange and has successfully duplicated or had someone else duplicate the pearl orange? I had my lowers done by a body shop and they didnt match the orange good enough and I'm having them re-do the paint job. I would like to give the body shop a name and number or something so they can get it right. Thanks in advance

under your passanger seat should be the paint code on a white sticker. im sure you already know this though, i guess you already tried it.

when my friendwho paints cars in a body shop painted my solo cowl for my F4i he got it dead on and that white has a pearl in it. he said its tricky, how many coats of the pearl to add.

by the way (since i have the same bike, but money's tight right now so i cant mod my bike), what do you have planned for that bike as far as more mods go? just curious, i'd like to see it as you mod it. very interested, GSU.

I don't know the exact place, but I know that either House of Color or something carries the Honda OEM paint, but it's FREAKING expensive. This question was going around about a year ago when someone asked for the pearl white color, and I believe someone mentioned House of Color having the OEM paints.

Blue Fox - Yeah, colorrite sells the paint at like $180 a pint, butthe body shop was trying to duplicate it with a formula (I think so they could sell it to other body shops).

jaynd - I think myfinalsteps are coming soon...painting subframe (spray can $8), tripage powdercoat- rearsets, pass pegs w/ LED, gas cap, lever (@ $140),blacked out heat shield (spray can), blacked out heat shield cover ($40). After that I think I'll be done, until I find something else somebody has done that Ilike.
