Passenger Peg removal?
I did a search and nada..
*which I'm surprised about*
I've got an 06 F4i, regular mount exhaust. I'd like to remove the passenger pegs (I don't ride with passengers). Anyone know of an alternate bracket that can be used to hold that pipe and maybe hide behind the pipe so I can remove the pegs?
Ideas?
Thanks!

I do not know of anything out there to solve this, however, you may be able to fabricate something yourself.. It may be easier to maybe bring the end of the pipe up more and then attatch some type of clamp to the undertail and towards the outlet. Not quiet sure though, it may be easier to see it in person, but thats the only thing I can think of right now. Sorrym but good luck

Check ebay.
All kinds of them.
I have aluminum one and a carbon fiber one. They also make them in stainless steel.
The first picture is my bike with the aluminum one. The second picture is the carbon fiber one I have. The other pictures are some off of ebay.
Here is a link to one on ebay now. It is carbon fiber. They are very strong and light. They cost about $100-$120 dollars unless you find a used one.

Lockhart Phillips USA (I have never seen any of these so I don not know if they are any good or notbut they are cheaper)

RE: Passenger Peg removal?
I was thinking of eliminating the whole "peg" look even if it is just a bracket.
I took a look at the swingarm, and if memory serves me right, there's a place by the swingarm where I can possibly bolt something there... If I can utilize that, *maybe* I'll have to fabricate something to attach there and up to the exhaust bracket (that bracket will have to be turned inward.
Thoughts?

Oh, see, now I didn't know the swingarm moves up and down. That changes everything. See, I knew there was a reason why I come to this forum! I feel like an idiot now that I think about. The thought never occured to me.
LOL That could have been a bad mistake. I'll have to look for other options, such as cbr_racin123's suggestion.
TY!
