So I have a 06 600rr orange and black tribal edition, and i really kinda getting tired of the orange. Dont want the tribal either, So i have been debating on whether or not to order the white and black fairings for it. Along with some other mods and changes. So lets hear some thoughts please, new to the forum this will let me know how informative and helpful this forum is

I would think its just a waste of money if you want to just get the white and black fairings. Do you know anyone good with paint? I suggest you keep your old fairings and just repaint if you're looking for a new look; unless you want to switch back and forth. I think the
'06 cbr looks pretty sick just black with maybe some red accent.

What kind of mod's are you looking at?

 

Sell it and buy a color/scheme you like! I've got an orange tribal too and I'm sad to hear that.

 

my opinion is if you want the white and black is find a good paint shop and let them do a scheme you would like so its not a generic style

f3 that site has some nice fairings. lots of cash but very nice.

as for you dwall just see if you can get it painted by someone u know could be cheaper or like others have said sell it and get a color u like

 

Pull the vinyl off and see if you like the look of the orange. If not, Id say +1 on the spray (which is what I did); keep the oem plastic if you can.. unless you want to switch back..

 

OEM is the way to go and repaint it. I have heard aftermarket plastics can be hard to fit to the bike. Plus you get a nice custom look for your bike.IMO the benefits of painted outweigh the price differencefor for a nice set of fairings
