I haven't seen a stretched F3 but a friend of mine lowered her F2 and got about 1.25" of a drop out of it. She could have gone lower but was worried about things rubbing. One note, she did cut down her side stand. The bike would have stayed up with it stock, but it was pretty unstable. She has since sold the bike, but I can check to see if she has any pictures from before. She also installed an aftermarket tail and seat to get another half inch or so of lower profile.
