I know some people have their objections on stretching out an 08... but i don't know if you guys seen this video, the 08 is a beast extended, it's insane. (LE '08 stretched... there's also a video with it on the strip, the guy needs a little more practice on the launch though ;p)

It's cool that someone actually did it, always wanted to know what it would look like and how it'd put down the power!

I cant believe that the bike is still pulling a wheelie with that extended swingarm...

agreed.... but at least the guy is actually using the arm for what it was intended and actually at the track with it.

i enjoyed it!!! im into lowered and extended bikes... hmmmmm im looking into gettin an 07 not an 08.. but i defff like the looook

I just stretched my 04 9" and love it. It still handles good and looks great

its not hard to wheelie a stretched 1k no matter what make, it looks better then it does stock. i think they should have kept the 07 style way more sexy then the new 08

The 08 was designed for functionality over fashion... You wouldnt believe how much more stable the bike is at high speeds than a 07...
