Default Decal and Mesh Install

I installed the mesh in the air ducts on the side of the bike, then got rid of the red, (I hate red) decals and put some blue mirror. This is an 06 600rr. Let me know what you think!!

Looks really nice man. Can I ask what kind of mesh you used and how you installed it?

I just got some of the car mesh from the auto part store, or you can go to Home Depot or Lowes to get the mesh that is used to cover the fans above stoves. Then, I went to walmart and got some apoxy, right by the silicone, that you mix together and hardens in 5 mins( mine actually took 20). Its easy because you can cut the mesh with normal scissors, bend the mesh around the opening from the back leaving overlap, then just putting some apoxy/silicone on the back and letting it rest. I used a can of corn to set on it to push it down so it didnt move. Hey, it worked!! It doesnt look al pretty from the back, but the front, it looks awesome. Heres a little pic! Hope this helps

Actually, I got them offline from a place called YamahaDecals. The only reason i went there is because they were only $17.99 shipped. They are in Australia so it took 10 days, but worth it. They have over 40 colors to choose from. Thanks for the input !

Yea, I was debating that too. I have an all black bike, and since i got the new decals, I was thinking that blue, but i decided to leave it to have a little variation. The bike runs a little hotter with the mesh, not sure why though
