Default CBR lambard/o2 sensor

CBR Forum - excellent!

Hi all! I've recently bought my 1st big (ish!) bike, a 2004 cbr600f (f4) and I'm lovin it. I've bought a Blue Flame carbon evo exhaust - just the can and I'm looking for a link pipe to get it connected. Not sure, but it seems that the CBRs have a standard fitting and I've heard I can use other makes of link pipe ie. Scorpion, micron etc... Can anyone tell me if this is true? Also, will I need a pipe with an O2 sensor mounting?

Thanks for any advice -

K (UK)

Not sure about using other manufacturer's mid pipes, but can't you just order the one that goes to your cannister? I would think it would cause the least amount of fitting issues (if any). Also, you can buy an O2 sensor eliminator (bought mine form Micron for about $20.00 with freight), or you can probably have the pipe drilled out.

i would keep the O2 sensor...better for gas milage...tossing it will not do anything other than decrease milage.
