There are many different thoughts on this. But the general thought is that your bike will run better with it as the airbox receives ram air of sorts through the tubing that comes from the front fairing. There are those who have deleted it and have replaced it with K&N filters. I think this setup has worked for most. The reported issues happen when you get to higher speeds and revs. The K&N setup doesn't get all the air that is required at the top end.

Also, the lack of airbox will not keep the bike from starting. It should start just fine without it. You've got a separate issue that needs sorting.

Why would you subject your engine to unfiltered air? Sounds like all kinds of issues in the making...

OH great bcuz i installed pod filters on my four carbs. Deleted the air valve solenoid and the pair valve solenoid aswell. So i was thinking about separating the engine from the frame and check the cams and stuff leading to pistons. Then after, i will replace the piston rings.

Before you dig too deep into it I would start with the basic stuff. I would start with a thorough carb cleaning before anything else.

I also refered to the service manual. But i could make use of any of the tubes with the current state of the bike without the airbox. Because im wondering if i should incorporate the tubes from below the carbs (the tubes coming from the intake side of the valves of the engine block) into the pod filters. Like one in each filter.

Oh okay o did a carb cleaning. But not a thorough one. Cuz some of the jets and sub jets was hard to remove. And i just messed up the head of them. So now its even in a worst state to loosen.

Now at the same time i was thinking on buying a rebuild kit for the carbs and do a re jeting on it. Because it is now a max airflow system.

That's a pretty good indicator they need some attention. You will need to separate each one, removing all that you can from each individual carb. You will likely need to spray and soak them with carb cleaner to get the jets freed. After you have them totally broken down the carb bodies have to be soaked and compressed air blasted through each one. You will likely need to do this multiple times to get them clean. Do the same with the jets. Keep carb cleaner away from all the o-rings and such. I would just replace them while you have it apart.
I like to keep everything segregated to the carb of which it was removed but I don't know that it is a requirement. The carbs have to be absolutely spotless. Three are several threads on here showing people doing this. Also there are lots of youtube videos showing how to do it. It can be an intimidating task when you start because all of the parts. But it's pretty simple actually. It's just tedious.
