Default 08 CBR 600 Mods

Hey everyone,

Im new to the riding world and just got a new 08 CBR 600 RR graffiti. I wanted to do some stuff to it but im not quite sure what my options are and whats good and whats not. If anyone has any input, suggestions, tips, ideas or pretty much anything it would be awsome. Or if anyone has an 07 or 08 CBR 600 and has some pictures so I can check it out, I'd really appreciate it.

Get a FE kit and a slip on exhaust...that should set you back about $650 and give u a good start on mods.

+1 on the frame sliders. I went with the two bros titanium slip on exhaust because of the deep an loud noise but alot of people on here arent fans because the pipe sticks out alittle far in the back. here is a pic. It will set you back about $500 and the installation is something you can do yourself if you are somewhat mechanically knowledgable.

Lightning Performance makes some incredible no-cut frame sliders that I've witnessed work, and they work well. I ordered mine through the dealer (through Parts Unlimited I believe).

FE kits wise, I went with the Rizoma. No hacking away at your tail, or depending on some weak *** LED light to advised traffic of your stopping intentions. The Rizoma FE is a bit brigher than the stock lamp and retains a refined, stock-ish look. It was originally clear, but I added a transparent red vinyl to make the lens red to match my bike a little better.
