The plugs are the same but I the pins are different (i.e. different color wire to different pin placement)
I think you can change the pin placement , shoot them a e-mail support@speedohealer.com

Yep, did that but only expected an answer by Monday, they came back to me in 15 minutes - one minute after the local agent said he was dropping them a mail, all this after normal working hours. Now that is service! Here is the sequence for anyone else that might need it:
"For some odd reason, Honda has reversed the speed sensor connector on the 06 model.
So you have to swap the white and blue wires in the 4p SH connector. To do
this:
Use a very small screwdriver or needle to push the lock ears of the pins back. You do this through the front side of the connector. One pin has two ears.
Once it's done, you can easily pull out the lead.
When the blue and white leads are out, restore the ears to about 45 degree.
Here is photo how it should look like.
Insert the blue and white leads into the 4p SH connector to get the following configuration:
(The socket numbers are printed on the side of the 4p connector)
1 - White
2 - Black
3 - Red
4 - Blue
Here is some more info on the install:
