Unless you have money falling out of your pockets, and I am guessing you don't since you are in the Army, I suggest you try doing the work yourself. You should have no problem doing all the mods you listed in a day or two at the most if you are real slow. If you spend half the money you would give to a dealer and can buy all the tools you will need if you don't already have them, or you can go to the post MWR Auto Craft Center and use their tools. If you have to, do one mod at a time like first install the PCIII and air filter then next time change out our sprockets, then finally change out your exhaust. Since I've done all the mods personally that you listed, or at least have removed and reinstalled everything involved I can tell you the exhaust mod will be take the longest.
Since I can do all the work with my skills and busy schedule then I know with out a doubt you can do it. If you have any doubts I suggest you find a competent friend to help.
