I dont like nor heard good things about no cut sliders except the looks part. I have heard numerious tymes how the bracket will bend n cause more damage than no slider at all. I use Vortex sliders. You can replace just the puck when/if needed like I did this week lol. Just FYI 8)

Just make sure to "circumcise" your feelers and cut about an inch and a half off your front brake lever and clutch lever. Don't ask how I know. And make sure you don't get the Vortex "shorty" pucks.

Here's my 07 with the vortex "long" sliders:

I went and had a look on my shogun left side. Yes it is very close to the water housing. Yes they can bend. but they have corrected it as far as droping the engine down and no sitting directly above it just close to it...

Personal Experiance on ShoGun No cuts on an 06 1000rr.

Easy Install

Great Price

Good Protection.

I went down HARD and the slider didnt bend or break and wore the puck as expected.

Unfortunatly I only slid for about 45 feet until I slammed head on ito a Bank going 55.

Here's the Damage.

I am looking to buy frame sliders and you have a good experience with yours but others say not to. If it bends the water neck and the slider goes in the same place on the updated versionhow has the problem been fixed? BTW the shogun crash kit costs $106 which is bar ends frame sliders and swingarm spools vs. motovation sliders $130 or something bucks.
