Default Rear shock & PCIII off my 954 on my 1000RR?

I wadded my 954 a while back (as some of you may know) and I'm getting ready to ride again.
I'm picking up an all black '04 1000RR soon and was wondering if the following bits from my 954 will work on the new bike...
Ohlin's rear shock
PCIII (I'm thinking about going w/ an Arata or Akrapovic Ti full system so it'll have to be re-mapped obviously)

Thanks in advance

RF

I'm pretty sure the shock isn't gonna fly. I'm waiting to find out if the PC is gonna work, if not, yes, I'm gonna sell it.

it's set for 200lbs and it's in excellent condition...but I may already have a buyer. If it falls through I'll let you know.

No, and no. Sorry. Sell 'em to help off-set new ones for the 1000RR.

Cheers
