Has anybody done a projector headlight conversion to their 1000rr? If so can you give a step by step?

i've thought about having it done for me. i know someone who has done 50 or so retrofits for different cars. i'm pretty sure he could do it for me.

 

I got a HID for my high beam and that bad boy is bright. I could only imagine what riding w/ two HIDs are like. And it looks dope!

 

the bad thing about just running hid's is they produce a good bit of glare and tend to blind people. i realize it's good to have people see you because of it, but you don't want them so blinded that you cause a wreck. projectors shine the light so that it doesn't cause glare. they create a very nice cutoff line and are much safer for everyone else on the road.
