Default Problems with the full system again

I'm still having trouble installin the yoshimura full system on,this time i'm loosing air through some holes on the underside of the manifolds where they meet the cylinder heads. They are located just a mm under the gaskets, one in each cylinder. At first glance I thought that it should be a purpose for them but....
I could need some help
Thanks in advance

sounds like you dont have the manifold lined up correctly, did you tighten one side up before the other? you have to keep it all loose until you get everything lined up then work your way out from the center as you tighten them up.

the question would be: Did you change your gaskets when you installed the new system?

Dude i have the yoshi full system and i had problems fitting it! Its probably a two man job as the header pipes dont have any way of locating to the ports i had to make a spacer to make sure all the header pipes lined up, and have you got the rest of the system in place? You have to have it all ready to tighten up once you have nipped up the headers also you only get 1 attept with the manifold gaskets once crushed and removed its time to bin them !!! I contacted yoshi's R+D dept for some help as a sytem of this quality and price you should have these sorts of problems..

It's have been some time now that I installed the exaust but I haven't visited the forum since.Anyway, when I first installed it by my self(after a lot of problems) I realised that I was loosing air through the manifold gaskets(new ones) so I took it to honda's and when I got back they told me that they had to pour liquid copper and make me custom gaskets because other one's wouldn't fit.The bike's fine now but what are all these problems with the Yoshies???????
