Default Performance & License plate mount

New member here the name is Curtis. I recently just bought an 06 1000 and was wondering which exhaust produces the most horespower. I also just put the turn signals in the tail light and i need a license plate bracket. I would like to have a swingarm mount but I've been told those are illegal. I need all the ideas i can get.

Thanks, Curtis[8D]

it depends on what you want to do with the bike
for example the sato full system puts out a lot of hp but the sato slip on puts out more in the midrange
so if you are tracking then the full but if you are street mainly then the slip on would be more appropriate

there is sato, arata, akro, hamaguchi, leo vince, arrow,
those are the main hp producers

one guy on 1000rr.net said that he talked directly to the rep at yosh and was told that both the slip on and full net about 5hp

i personally got 10whp with my arata slip on

Here is a pic of my Greggs fender eliminator. I like it because it is easy to see with a bright white light on the plate which make me feel safer at night. The red light on our taillights blends in with the car in front of you at stop lights ect. Also I don't have to worry about added attention from the police because they can see my plate. The other concern I had with the competition werkes FE is it may dig into your rear hugger. I plan to change to an aftermarket hugger some day. Hope this helps.

I want to thank everyone for the help! It seems like to me the nameI keep hearing is Sato. So I'm going to get with Brad to see what he thinks too. If a slip on puts out more HP in the MID I will probably go with that. See I'm wanting to set my bike up for stunt so when Iswitch to a 520 it sounds like it willadd torque where I'm wanting it.

Thanks! [8D]
