yeah....thats for both....You take them your 2 gutted rims and they give you 2 chrome empty rims....I would assume they would take out of state...you'd have to call and ask them......shipping would probably be horendus with insurance, plus i like to see what im swapping for before i do it to verify the chrome job is up to snuff....you would still need to remove all the tire/guts/bearings/disc's/sprokets and reinstall on the chrome ones.....I could have taken the bike to them and they would have done the total swap for an additional $100 or so......

surely there is a local speed/custom shop that you could use around where you live but ifyou want the numbers to the ones down here in NC, lemme know...
