Default laser exhaust

I have seen the laser extreme exhaust for cbr 1000.Looks different with the dual pipes undertail. Are they just for looks or will they perform.I Like the yosh.carbon undertail also Leaning towards the yosh.Like the look of the laser but it has to perform also.Has anybody heard anything on the laser?

I had a Jardine pipe first , then i switch to the laser , it looks badass , sound really good . But I think the Jardine gave me more hp, laser doesnt have a header attachment either,

Nice bike, Laser exhaust looks good on the silver RR.I just hit 600 miles on my RR.Do you think I need more miles before I swap the exhaust.

The power commander is that Laser recomendation or yours,or did you feel you needed the power commander after you bought the pipe and rode the bike.I am curious do all bolt ons need powwer commanders or just some of them. The ones that do will the maker of the pipe tell you.Would you know if the new Jardine we have been seeing latley requires one.Appreciate the advice on The Laser...

I have a laser exhaust on my bike, the slip on. I already put my bike down because i was taking off fast next to a buddy but the bike wasn't responding right, so I gave it a little more gas and slipped the clutch (this all happened pretty quickly in a very short period of time) all of the sudden the power of the bike smacked in out of no where. I am guessing that the bike should have a power commander with this exhaust although i was told not to. Unfortunately its caused me to lose lots of riding time and cost me $$$. I don't think its huge diff air-fuel-ratio wise, but enough to do that to me, in that kind of situation. Also I noticed at idle in neutral if you flick the throttle fast all the way it would hesitate. I know that this is what caused me to flip my bike and put me on my back. Great exhaust, but i wish i woulda done the power commander, but on the other hand...it still prob would of been a hassle to get that right too.

Sorry to here that you damaged your bike and I hope you werent hurt.As much as I love my CBR 1000 it is just a machine. If it falls or gets stollen I will fix it or buy a new one.I am like you though I dont want to bother with the power commander if I dont have to.I dont want to dump a lot of time or money on something I turnover every few years.
