Default RE: Hotbodies undertails

Just beware of the Hotbodies color match. Its a bit off as they painted over white plastic.

Default Undertail

I bought a Hotbodies undertail and the color match was terrible. I looked at it for days trying to convince myself it matched and would look OK. I finally took it back and took the rear of the bike to show the shop how bad it was. I thought the directions were terrible and the kit was junk. I ordered the Evotech undertail, installed it and thought it was a class act. The instructons were good. I did not have to even cut any wires. I used the stock lights and the connectors they send for the tag light connects with the factory installed harness. VERY CLEAN!! I am usually not impressed with after market stuff but this this is great. I will admit that the final look is not quite a clean as the Hotbodies due to the lights sticking out but I like it. It has the carbon look and I retained the full, maybe more, trunk space. That stock undertail had to go. What was Honda thinking!!!

That looks like the Targa FE. You had to cut off the stock mud flap right? It is a pain to put on, but looks good.
