gregg's customs???
anyone have a gregg's customs fender eliminator? i know it's expensive (135) but it looks like it's worth it. has a built in plate light and everything.. if you have it let me know how it is.... installation....durability.. and so on. thanks!!!
Don't waste 135 bucks for it. You can do what I did for about 10.00 in parts in it looks trick as hell. All you need is angle aluminum and 4 bolts/nuts. Check it out for yourself.

^ that looks similar to what i did. except i didn't use a bracket. i put it low enough on the underside of the battery tray to give it an angle and just drilled through the tag. total cost = price of two screws.
that does look pritty clean and it is a cheap fix but do you have a plate light?? I live in maine and the cops suck... having a fender eliminator with different blinkers has already almost gotten me in trouble.. i got a warning and the officer told me to put the stock blinkers back on... in maine you are not allowed to change the size of the blinkers.. so i need to have a liscence plate light and i don't like the bolt lights cause you have to run wires in places they don't belong and it looks half@$$.. so yah i ordered the gregg's customs kit cause it has a built in light.. i'll let you guys know how it works out! thanks for the help though...
