Down one tooth in front ?
Hey was wondering whos running one down in the front and how you like the difference. I ordered a 15 tooth I believe for the front and also for those who are running them did ya go with a speedo healer because I imagine it changes it alot. Im pretty sure I should be able to run the same chain im hoping . how much top end did you guys loose ?

RE: Down one tooth in front ?
dropping one tooth in the front brings ratio from 2.625/1 to 2.8/1.....I went up 4 in the back making it 2.875 and went with a 55series tire.....I just installed healer tonight ........including the typical 5% error fromthe factory.......the setting on the healer after all is said and done is -10.7%

RE: Down one tooth in front ?
Thanks for your input ya I know stock my speedo said 66MPH And actually was only doing 60 on the dyno . I think i'll stick with one down in the front and if I need more then i'll jump 1 or 2 more up in the back. I know im going to have to get use to the power band again though especially when pulling out of the turns at the track but wont have to worry about that until next year lol until then its just the twisties when I can since its the rainy season hear in the winter.I just put some Pirelli c3's on my bike and they hook up great but stayed with 50 series but I heard 55's work even better handling wiseso good choice . How did you like the power difference with gear change ?
