Smile Aftermarket parts company review (bohemian racing)

I usually order parts for all of my bikes from numerous big name companies but recently, I decided to dig a little for smaller companies. The idea of supporting small businesses, as well as generally better prices pushed me to do so. I ran across an eBay based company (Im not an eBay shopper ) by the name of Bohemian racing. I've read mixed reviews but I finally made the plunge with a small purchase. Here is the rundown....

Products purchased: levers, bar ends, rearsets, leathers, other smaller odds and ends. (Over a 3 month period, each were individual purchases)

Product quality: IMO the parts were overall surprisingly good. The colors were exactly as advertised and were consistent With each individual part which is very important when going for a specific color scheme. The fit was dead on, with exception of the brake lever pivot joint which needed to be slightly drilled, a common issue with most aftermarket levers. No big deal. The durability and functionality of each part was wonderful. Each part was well machined, and you can feel that the product isn't junk.

Prices: Very competitive and ridiculously cheap shipping.

Shipping: As stated the price was great 3 bucks for most everything! Parts arrived quickly, 2-3 days, and everything was well packaged including small catalogs and free stickers.

Cons: There isn't a very large selection of parts available on their website. Their website is missing some photos of a few products and little functions of the site don't seem to work properly. But that happens to even the best websites.

It's worth mentioning that the customer service was far better than bigger companies. Very pleasant to deal with along with quick response from questions asked. My orders were followed up by either phone calls, email or both. I accidentally ordered rearsets for the wrong bike and they called me to ask if that was the correct part I wanted to order, due to my recent purchases for a different bike.

In conclusion, I believe they are worth considering when purchasing your next part.
