Your friend is not the first to have his rearset touch the ground. I had a friend in hawaii who had his peg grab the ground, tossed his rear tire about 6 inches and high sided him into a pineapple field.
Learning experience. Alot of guys talk a good game but have never leaned their bike over at those speeds. The greater the speed, the greater the lean angle.

Mate ...you might want to tame it down a bit and realize that we do not condone high speed road use at all on this forum.. AT ALL !! 
So no matter how you feel about it or where you bloody live ...., on this forum you will be picked on for bragging about those speeds on public roads ok... you keep it up and your **** will be banned into next month and even if you do not care , have some thoughts for the noobs that read your stuff and get the wrong idea .... so just loose the high ultra speed cornering discussion...

Yes because outside of Texas the laws of gravity do not apply and therefor, it's just fine to race your bike on public streets and not expect someone to go down!
