2007 cbr 1000 build q's
 

i have a 2007 cbr 1000rr that was involver in a head on crash at about 15mph. i need some insite on what to do about fixing the bike. it is at a local dealer right now and i have two options...track or street...the bikes damage is only to the front end and plastics..it will need new tripple trees,radiator (i just bought one for 125 bucks:icon_teeth:) fan, upper tripple tree,ignition,hesd (but i would like to upgrade)..im shure im forgeting a bunch of stuff but thats all off the top of my head. the forks and rim are true so i saved a few $$ there. i just need a little help finding parts cause ebay has nothing and i dont wana pay an arm and a leg. so here are my questions..
if i turn it into a track bike do upgraded trippletrees make a big difference? one worth the price?

can i get race plastics and then add my own lights and have it be legal?

are there any good web-sites you know of to find salvage bike parts or cheep used ones?

is there anything i should consider upgrading now?
