i raced against a a zx10r 08 on the quater mile and it didn't stand a chance not even the 08 gixxer's...the cbr 08 is a beast!!! i love it i did a time of 10.89 and it was my first day draggin the bike, i just did it to see what my bike wud do and it was the best. you can pull off late on the line but this bike just seems to fly past any bike on that 2nd and 3rd gear! only mod is a slip on fmf apex and pazzo racing levers.

in my country trinidad we race on the street and through the mountains i'm telling yu the agility of that bike on corners that zx10r never stood chance, 130mph and no brakes just load that peg and the bike will go horizontal... this bike is unstopable!

 

and the Titanic was unsinkable.

sagaboy3 you need to come down here and see what do here!!! right now i have one of the craziest 08's in the country i think in the world lol! dragging knee on the hills up to maracas and racing anything, anywhere!! on the track we eat the 10 sec. category without pcIII and i just installed one last week, didnt time it yet...

dont worry yurself with room, the island might be small but we do it BIG!! i have an '08 cbr1000 and a Ducati 1098 both fully modified! the rest of my crew 08's, we rep. Honda BIG time here in Trini!!

i was just using "unstoppable" as a figure of speed! i dont know if yu know bout that, but i think of my bike very highly but i guess yur not a bike lover to second guess yur bike! i taking riding very seriously, thats my religion. so noone cares about the Titanic!

 

My 08 CBR 1000 pulls hard all the way to redline in sixth gear. Mine redlines about 184 mph.

I have ran with busa's and a few 10R's on a few occasions andmy CBR is usually out front because with my midrange, I get out there and stay out there.

My only mod right now is a slip on.

 

I beat a Honda Accord on my 08 1000RR that makes me cool!

trained killa you ride like me bro, my honda pulss real hard too, i topped mine at 189mph with that PCIII it still had more.

the mid range is insane on these 08's dawg, these always shootout in front there so light ilove this bike! when i'm on our highway down here there are some depressions and bumps when we crack that throttle at 170mph this bike just starts to wheelie when it hits these bumps its so light!!

my parents are from trini too...Those damn roads are to narrow to be trying to wild out on.... I thought they had a cc limit n bikes?!
