Default '97-'98 F3 side fairings on '94 F2? Will they work?

I've Bought an '94 CBR F2, as my First Bike! I already know the '97-98 F3 rear tail fairings will fit no problem, just not sure if the '97-98 F3 side fairings matched up as well? Thanks.

Like I said, My first bike. Bought the bike as a project bike. heres what i've done so far since I bought it:

-Took off front end ( steetfighter look)
-Custom Driving lights mounted ( 2 circular lights, look like fog lights, stacked one on top of the other)
-'97-'98 F3 rear tail fairings
-Digital speedometer mounted on tank
-Circular key Ignition installed (old one was hammered out with a screwdriver, nice i know)
-Still alot of work ahead......
.....soon to come: Shorty exhaust pipe, Integrated Tail light, Crash Cage, New chain and sprocket conversion, Remote alarm system, and a few others...

let me know what you think. Any comments, Suggestions Welcome.

The '95-'96 rear tail farings look the same. but when you get to '97 the rear tail farings look much nicer. they only have one slit on the side instead of the two. and the back of it ( torwards the tail light ) comes to a point, rather than kinda boxed off like the older ones.

The later F3 fenders do not fit up to the stock squarish F2 Taillight, correct? One would have to source a F3 light and possibly modify the license plate underfender on the F2 or buy an F3 one, if I'm not mistaken.

Hey MBUassassin! You live like 25 minutes from my house. I live in northern High Ridge. Used to work just south of Ballwin.

Yea all F2 and '95-'96 F3 tail lights are different from the '97-'98 F3 tail lights, they don't match up. I've already got the rear tail fairings off a '98 F3 and so now I'm watching Ebay for an '97-'98 F3 integrated tail light (for a reasonable price) to match.

did you do the digital speedo on the tank yourself or was it there when purchased? need to figure out a solution for my own f2, previous owner put 06 plastics on it and the 91 gauge cluster doesnt fit. if you can post pics and part brands i would appreciate.

side fairings fit fine... i have side fairings on my f2, all you have to do is bend the front mount foward a bit but it fit perfect.... i might be selling my full f3 fairings soon, more towards the mid winter tho when i get a new set
