What should I do?
i think you really only have two choices, sell it as it, or ride it and fix it.
you could try and part it out, but that will take forever.
sounds like all it needs a carb sync and fix some wiring.

Well I synced the carbs and kept her as is. My daughter was born about 3 months after my last post here and she took all my free time.
I just got the bike back on the road for this year after putting a whole 120 miles on her last year. All oil changed, new plugs, synched carbs and ready to go.
Unfortunately my son decided to climb up on it tonight and knocked it over into my wifes car. Luckily he was unhurt and jumped out of the way when I yelled for him to run. The bike barely missed him. 420lb bike versus 50lb 3.5 year old is no bueno. The cane however has major damage. The throttle clip on is bent badly. The front brake lever is bent. The bar end weight was broken off. The right mirror was shattered. The metal subframe below the mirror was bent in about 6 inches, popped the inner cover off and pulled that whole side of the upper up and in. There is now a huge gap around the headlight. The windsheild is broken. The lower broke tabs off holding the 2 lowers together under the headers and all of the side mounts except the 2 lowest ones broke off on the right side. Overall, he did a good job shutting my bike down less than a week after I got it back on the road. I am not mad, just resigned. I am more happy we didn't have to go to the hospital for a crushed little boy.
So now I need parts, if anybody has any of these parts I would be much obliged.
The front plastic upper underframe.
Right side grey mirror
Windshield
Right side clip on, unbent
Bar end weights, both sides
Plastics; inner upper by mirrors, upper right, lower right and right access cover
I can trade:
stock under rear subframes with the lights and tie downs and helmet lock.
stock header
stock brake lines
stock sprocket set with chain
pm me a price and pics and I will see if I can swing it.
Depending on what insurance says, what parts I can find and if I can find a newer bike or not, I might end up parting her after all.
Wow stock airing from airtech plus new subframes is about $1k with paint
A 600rr conversion with all parts is about $1k.
If I sell her as is she is Worth about $800-1k.
bleh.

bummer dude, but glad to hear your kid didn't get hurt. cosmetic items and misc. parts really start to add up and can be hard to find. i dont have any of the parts you need, hopefully someone might be able to help out.
