Well I was bored yesterday, so I pulled out my black CBR f2 and shot it with a clear coat of pearl..here are before and after pics...

nothing. Had my new riding buddy out last night. Second time out at night and he went down hard..... So today I picked his bike up, to bring it home and start fixing it. There are those who have dumped and those who will..... At least the worst is over.

I turned my bike into a streetfighter yesterday.. J/k but i did change the oil, and fab a quick bracket for my exhaust.

 

Trimmed and spiked my busted up F3 fender to make it work for now.

 

Oh I also notice my front rotors are backwards, they are on the wrong side, directional arrors are backwards. I am planning on replacing the tires and rebuilding the forks over the winter, so I'll swap them then. They feel fine, and the pad and rotor wear is nice and even

 

I got up at 4:30am, drove 2hrs to Pennsylvania (I live in Purcellville, VA) to pick up my new project...a slightly crashed 1993 F2 (the black/grey/red colored one) Only needs a few things to run. It's a very clean bike too. And a helluva steal at $250!!!!

You'll be seeing a lot of me on this forum while I undertake the rebuilding.

 

I wired the tail light up on my RR 5 Tail conversion.
