.WELL I GOT HER STARTED TODAY , the last knuckle dragger that owned her ,had the spark plug leads in wrong order and on the wrong side also be had the coil wires back to front .cylinders 1 and 4 Y/b & B/W on left coil 2 and 3 Blue/y and B/w on right

Good spot there Dan, dont understand why previous owner did'nt use the wiring diagram

I know mate it's not hard looking at the wiring diagram .helps that leads and cylinders are numbered from left to right ..Haha if it didn't start next on my list was valve clearance and shims , never come across shims as my 500 uses rocker arms

Yeh ,one of those little extendable magnets come in handy there, if you do have to reshim any buckets, bloody things are smaller than an aspirin.

Yeah iv got 1 somewhere from when I dropped a bolt into my engines cam chain area lol ..but I'll do a valve check anyway just see what's what ..I can't wait to ride her
