Raw hp isn't what you need to be considering, Power to Weight ratio is what actually matters for any vehicles acceleration and performance. A 390 lb bike with a 160 lb rider is a total of 550lbs mass, now if you estimate your bike at 97 hp thats 5.67 lbs every hp needs to move, so...
5.67 lbs per 1hp = F4i
6.7 lbs per 1hp = Dodge Viper SRT-10
6.7 lbs per 1hp = Ford Mustang GT500
9.7 lbs per 1hp = Porche Boxter S
10.4 lbs per 1hp = Lotus Elise
11.8 lbs per 1hp = Mitsubishi Evo XI
12.7 lbs per 1hp = Mazda RX-8
Thats not fast enough for you? Better move up to the liter bikes.

As a middle aged hot rodder I know exactly what you are talking about.
I just thought the HP was a little higher, that's all.
When you compare the the hp/weight my poor old Seca has it's quite a difference.
My current Seca II is 420 pounds and the HP is a lowly 61.
There's a tremendous difference.

The Seca II looks to be about even with my cb750. My F4 is crazy fast in comparison.
