I'm back...
Yesterday I did a ride with my wife... I did a little long brake and the problem is back.... One symptom is star make noise like metal with metal and the rotor touching in the pad.
The rotor surface is not flat (is full of waves), probably I need new rotors...
I don't know what rotors buy and where (I'm from Portugal)

Thanks for your help

The pad should touch the rotor just a tiny bit and you may hear the sound; that's fine. When you spin the wheel (get someone to hold the bike up on the sidestand) the rotor disc should run true. There is a specification for runout that determines if the rotor is warped beyond tolerance. I don't have my manual with me but for comparison the specification for the CBR954RR is .03mm variation.

You can buy OE rotors or you can look at the aftermarket. I'm considering replacing the rotors on my Fireblade with Arashi. They sell them on eBay.

A friend try my bike a few weeks ago with the old pads and he told me he get a little vibration on brake, but I don't take attention at the time....
Arashi have good brake rotors?
I found a lot of rotors on ebay from hk and ch but I don't know the quality...

I recommend you do your research and make your choice. Can't go wrong with O if that's available. I am seeking a better price and upgraded looks.

dont rule out a caliper slide pin hanging up and heating the rotor from pad drag
