4k. That makes a whole lot more sense. I was having a hard time wrapping my head around 7k. I had some triangle plates made out of 7k by Metisse, and it looked completely different than the aluminum of the frame

just now i find this on a japanese website.. this is the CBR 954 by Moriwaki:it look also more better,but i can't find the other side of the bike =( but it say this:

That completely eliminates the original motor mount. You also have to relocate the footpegs...

I'm finding it hard to understand why they didn't weld that entire piece in place......

That Moriwaki job is a TON more work, albeit a lighter and cleaner final product.




Cool none the less. (Dare I say it? Over-engineered for what they were trying to accomplish.) Very cool



And I think it's fair to acknowledge that some things get lost in translation...

yes you have right Conrice.. for translate i used google translator and i must admit that doesn't translate very good.. im still find someone that help me with the CADbut i can't find can't find,to see if he can make something and start to see how much money can cost a work like this

i send email to the Team Moriwaki some days ago,but the answer it's the same of the team Erion..they said that they can't give me any kind of information about this modify.. =(

And you also have to remember, the teams you're emailing raced the 954 12-13 years ago. Its quite possible that no one who designed those parts/bikes are still there...

if it was like this,why they answer like it's something secret? you understeand what i mean? why don't just tell that they can't help me because who design this is not there anymore?

i send email to the mechanic of the team Erion,but like always,nothing.. a friend of mine yesterday did this it's done with paint:
it's not the best but maybe can give an idea
