Looking at the parts fiche, there are visible differences between the two, which doesn't mean it's not possible, but it does mean you'd need at least the rear brake mount and probably the caliper assembly as well.
If youstill want to go ahead, I would suggest comparing the part numbers for all the relevant parts from the fiche.
