Default Steep learning curve

I just spent several hours trying to work out why my bike sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders only to discover there are 2 small nipples that hoses can be attached to on the petcock and i had picked the wrong one.

Rest was removed as it was completely off topic.

If you want to just "chat" use the Saloon or off topic in the main forum- the rest is for serious questions/answers. Read the rules in the new member section - if you have any other questions, contact a Mod or Admin, there's a sticky on it..................

As for the vigilance, that's your choice.
The rules are determined by the site owners - not by those of us who have to implement them.

Your beer's still cold in the fridge, Paco

I note that :

1) The original post contained no question, just a comment. Yes, maybe better off in the Saloon but we don't all have the ability to move stuff.

2) I hope Paco got his virtual pint, because I see that my virtual tab has increased.

Sorry about the "bar bill" Teeks, next round's on me

I got the impression Damo was asking for advice with his problem rather than just making a comment. (It HAS happened here before when pipes for tank breathers have been connected up wrongly.....symptoms the same.......) which is why I didn't just move the whole shebang to the Saloon.

If you feel some post has been put in the wrong section, just give a shout and any of the Mods or section Mods can move it, or just delete it and repost in the correct place - we can all do that.

Where's Sprock - ? working on his "stable/racing team in the barn AGAIN
Last I looked he's the section Mod........bloody slacker !
