Proper rating of vacuum line to fuel petcock?
Hi all:
Do any of you know the proper route of the vacuum tube from the engine block back to the fuel petcock on the tank?
I have a brand-new, OEM vacuum tube from Honda, but for the life of me I can't figure out the right way to get back to the fuel tank? It seems too short to make it back there.
Can any of you please help me?
Thanks a million!

Elimax - Welcome.
You don't tell us what year or series bike you have. Please do this in future so we can help you more easily and precisely.
CBR1000F manufactured from 1987 to late 1999, the Hurricane went through three major revisions (SERIES).
Given that there are 3 series of CBR1000f with respect to your issue, here are some differences.
1987/88 - Series 1 carbs (identify by metal tops on each carb) with fuel pump
1989/1991 - Series 1 carbs (identify by metal tops on each carb) with gravity feed (no fuel pump)
1992/1999 - Series 2 carbs (identify by black plastic tops on each carb).
The Honda OEM part - 16956-MS2-000 TUBE, VACUUM --- TUBE, VACUUM (Honda Code 3372364)- was used from 1989 -1999.
Here are some pictures for you to decide the routing ( and if you have bought the right tube to suit your model.)
See next post for more pictures

Vacuum tube
Thank you, Naga Thai!
My bike is actually the '94 CB1000, which uses the same fuel petcock setup as the Hurricanes with the gravity feed (not the fuel pump.)
I purchased it about 6 months ago and have been "updating" it since then...I replaced the older-style standard front forks with USD forks from a 2002 CBR954 and I purchased a modified triple tree top that allows me to install the standard straight handlebars, rather than the clip-ons.
I have a brand-new 16956-MS2-000 TUBE, VACUUM from Honda for the bike...but since I am still a brand-new member here (my previous post was my FIRST here!), I am still not "allowed" the open the pix you attached.
So, as soon as I am permitted to open the pictures you attached, I'll hopefully be ready to ride again on this beast!
Thank you again!
