newbie question
Hi, I recently just bought a 88 cbr1000f and it has the great starter wont turn over engine problem,I have just ordered a new solonoid (it didnt have one before) also have a clymer on the way but I hooked a battery directly to the starter and it just spins ,I know from the little research I did on here it sounds like the chain? does that really require a complete rebuild? is their a master link? is it the same as the cam chain? so many questions ,huh? or Im I jumping the gun and need to look at somthing else first?is it because there is no solonoid? thanks for any help.....J
