I took the bike appart for the first time and put it back together..BUT... i dont know where this goes. please HELP!!

it goes on the right side attached to a bracket on the rad. thanks anyways guys!

whoa im ashamed to say ive never seen that part. what did you do to your bike to even have to remove that part?
